We’re James & Sophie from KIPZ, we live in Chester with our son Harry and our little pup Max. We’ve been in Chester for over 16 years now and originally met in the hospitality industry whilst studying at University here in Chester. 

We love Chester, and all the amazing independent places it has to offer. We bought our first property in 2016 and turned into a beautiful property we could offer to others hoping to experience all that Chester has to offer.

Since then we have grown KIPZ to provide quality short-term accommodation to guests wishing to visit Chester in the hope that others love it here as much as we do, whether that be for business or pleasure.

We also have grown our business to offer property owners the opportunity to allow others to experience everything that Chester has to offer, by providing management services.
